Your #1 hype girl
Hi, I’m Alex! Keynote Speaker and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach on a mission to help you tackle life’s pivots with courage, confidence, and resilience.
If there's one thing I've learned, it's this: Life rarely goes according to plan.
The career you thought you'd have changes. The relationships you thought would last end. The goals you've worked toward no longer feel aligned. The future you imagined starts to look completely different. I know this because I've lived every one of those moments.
For years, I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. I built a successful marketing career in New York City, I chased every promotion, title change and salary bump I could get my hands on, and checked all the boxes. Career, dream apartment in Greenwich Village, boyfriend. Check, check and check! On paper, everything looked great. But underneath it all, I was miserable. Like so many high achievers, I believed that working harder, accomplishing more, and saying yes to every opportunity would eventually make me feel fulfilled. Instead, I found myself burned out, disconnected from myself, and wondering why the life I'd worked so hard to build didn't feel like mine. I was well-intentioned but misaligned.
Leaving my marketing career in 2021 was the first major pivot. I walked away from the security of a steady paycheck to build a business around something I cared deeply about. I became a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and began working with individuals and organizations to improve well-being, prevent burnout, and create healthier workplace cultures.
Then life reminded me that resilience isn't something you master once.
Over the next several years, I experienced more change than I ever expected. I ended my engagement. I moved across the country to San Diego to build a new chapter. I paused my business and went back to a full-time position. Along the way, I found myself asking the same questions so many of us ask during life's biggest transitions: Who am I now? What do I really want? How do I move forward when I don't have all the answers?
Those experiences didn't just change my life. They changed my work.
I realized resilience isn't about pretending everything is okay or pushing through at all costs. It's not about having the perfect morning routine or practicing more self-care. Real resilience is the ability to stay grounded when life feels uncertain. It's taking ownership of your current reality instead of wishing it were different. It's trusting yourself enough to take the next step before you have the whole plan. It's adapting, learning, and continuing to move forward, even when the path looks nothing like you imagined.
Today, I speak to organizations, leaders, women's groups, and emerging professionals about building that kind of resilience. My keynote combines research-backed strategies with deeply personal stories because I believe people don't change simply because they hear information. They change when they see what's possible for themselves.
Whether I'm speaking to a room of executives navigating organizational change or young professionals trying to find their footing, my mission is the same: to help people stop waiting for certainty and start building the confidence to navigate whatever comes next.
Because change is inevitable. But staying stuck doesn't have to be.
You are more adaptable, more capable, and more resilient than you realize.
MY MOTTO IS
“CHANGE is inevitable. GROWTH is a choice.”
